An Easy Blogging Process

Blogging can be overwhelming and a job in itself, so you need to have a process in place.

Capture Ideas Immediately

This is essential to always have ideas for blogging because there is no guarantee you will remember them later.

Here are some ways to capture ideas:

  • Record it (i.e., recorder, app on your phone, etc.)
  • Use a notetaking app (i.e., ColorNote, Evernote, etc.)
  • Send yourself an email
  • Jot it down on paper

Keep all your ideas in a central location so you always have something to write about.

Research

Read up on topic from at least 5 articles from authoritative sources and take notes.

Think about the following:

  • What angle or slant do you want to take?
  • Can you include any of your own experiences?
  • Do you want to add humor?
  • What problem are you trying to solve?

Link back to original data if possible.
